for your meeting from groups of 10 to over 1,000.
Air Travel

- The appropriate group flight package can be negotiated.
- Reservations are handled by our experienced Travel-Rite On-Site agents.
- Agents are available to make any last minute changes to the reservations
either before or during your meeting.
Ground Transportation
Travel-Rite On-Site can arrange for dependable ground transportation for your meeting.
- Any type of ground transportation can be arranged, including but not
limited to: motor coaches, school buses, limousines, vans, sedans.
- We can design moves for airport transfers, shuttles between hotels
and convention centers, off-site parties or dinners, and tours.
